Use Intention Effectively

Thought affects physical reality.
To illustrate how an intention might work in affecting our reality, picture how our eyes see colour. When white light hits an object, a red apple, the red wavelengths of the light reflect and come to our eye. The other colours in the spectrum are absorbed by the apple and are canceled out.
In a much similar way, if we hold an intention of a desired result, it is like we are colouring space-time. Events are just probabilities. If we “paint” with our desired probability, our intention, then when we get to that point in time, all the other probabilities will be absorbed, cancelled out, and the desired one be reflected into an actuality.
Intentions can help us to observe, discern and influence the Zeitgeist. If our intention is to be on the cusp of the Zeitgeist, then who knows, strange and wonderful things just might happen.
Being in tune with our desires, the things we make the effort to intend, positively impacts our mental state. It makes us more open to possibilities and the world around us. This will re-enforce our attempts to tap into the collective mind and strengthen our right brain.
To successfully use intention, we need to choose the right place and time, quiet our mind, learn how to focus, entrain ourselves with the intention, visualize, and mentally rehearse. Believing that our intention will have success is also essential.
A Brief Intention How-to:
Go | Place yourself away from
industrialized areas, near running
water (like a shower or waterfall), or
in a natural habitat.Be | Make sure you’re relaxed,
balanced, and your brain is in the
alpha wave state (found in periods
of relaxation, with eyes closed but
still awake).Do | State your intention specifically,
and go through the desired outcome
mentally in real time, living all
the details.See | Visualize the intention as an
established fact. Look at it as though
it were in the past.
